Description
Analyzing Teaching for Student Results enables leaders to zero in on high-leverage teaching strategies that impact student learning. Participants will learn and practice using a common language and concept system, further develop their classroom observation skills, and create results-oriented reports and feedback for teachers that are credible and convincing.

Four major strands are woven together throughout each session and in the field-work experience:
- Studying high-leverage areas of the knowledge base on teaching and applying it to your own work
- Developing communication skills
- Examining and experimenting with multiple data sources
- Defining high standards and expectations teaching and learning
