The Oregon Department of Education contracts with Lane ESD to provide EI/ECSE services to Lane County. Lane ESD then sub-contracts with Early Childhood Coordination Agency for Referrals, Evaluations and Services (EC CARES), which provides educational services to IDEA-qualified, preschool-age children with special needs.
Services a child might receive include speech and language therapy, preschool placement, physical therapy, occupational therapy, behavior intervention and home visits.
