Whoever is picked as the Regional Teacher of the Year for the Lane Region could be picked to be the Oregon Teacher of the Year, as we saw with Nicole Butler-Hooten (Bethel) in 2021 and Keri Pilgrim Ricker (Eugene) in 2019.
