Audience: School psychologists, counselors, administrators, staff in leadership positions who work in schools

Goals:
  • Learn to promote healing and reduce risk following a suicide.
  • Understand postvention concepts and practices that can be put into place following a suicide or sudden traumatic death.
Description: Connect Postvention is a National Best Practice Program, that supports school leadership to better understand postvention concepts and practices that can be put into place after a suicide or any sudden or traumatic death.
Lunch: Lunch will be provided.
Prerequisites: None
Notes: All participants will be provided a certificate for PDUs based on the training hours.
