Description: This workshop will explain the impacts of trauma from in utero to adulthood and focus on best practices working with children who are navigating trauma. Participants will be able to explain the impact of trauma on child development. Participants will also be able to compile a list of strategies that they can use while working, holding space for their own trauma. Participants will also identify how the ethical space interpreters occupy is context dependent.
Lunch: No lunch will be provided.
