Goals: The goal is to create an environment where students feel safe and have the confidence to take risks and make mistakes.
Description: In this seminar we will define standards and expectations and how each impacts the learning environment we create. The goal is to create an environment where students feel safe and have the confidence to take risks and make mistakes. We will also explore the importance of explicitly teaching the six elements of effective effort so that students have the tools they need to achieve at high levels.
Lunch: No lunch will be provided.
Prerequisites: Must be an education assistant
Notes: All participants will be provided a certificate for PDUs based on the training hours.
